Tanner Iskra: Tanner Iskra was born and raised in the city of Aberdeen, which is located in Grays Harbor County, Washington. In Grays Harbor County, he attended and graduated from high school. The soldier of the war who went on to become a filmmaker attended the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. The school name was chosen to tribute Walter Cronkite, an esteemed journalist. Iskra graduated from the Cronkite School at Arizona State University, earning his bachelor's degree. In addition, he received his education at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He completed the requirements at Syracuse University's communications and journalism department to receive his military motion media accreditation. The broadcast journalism programs at the Newhouse School of Public Communications are well-known. Iskra has also received certification from the Defense Information School in video production and documentation, visual information management, and intermediate videography.
